Hydroponic System, Automatic Nutrient Controller

On the other hand, we have the Hydroponic System nutrient controller. This automatic fertigation system is ideal for all types of crops, especially for hydroponic crops and is adaptable to water tanks in terms of volume and fits any water tank, both for large and small volumes.

It is capable of applying different types of fertilizers and nutrients simultaneously, while also regulating the water tank's pH.

The dosage of nutrients and pH is fully automated through continuous conductivity control, achieving a solution with the conductivity desired by our customer.

By dissolving nutrients in water, plant roots are able to absorb them more efficiently. When nutrients are introduced into the water supply, the plant doesn't need soil to thrive. Almost any terrestrial plant can grow with this system, though its advantages are more pronounced in certain plants over others.

This soil-less cultivation technique avoids the typical hindrances found in traditional agriculture. The use of different substrates allows for greater control of factors affecting plant growth, such as oxygenation, nutrition, and oxygenation. Furthermore, this method provides the plant with the essential elements it needs for optimal growth.

Essentially, the use of a hydroponic system is recommended when there are no soils with the agricultural aptitudes necessary for the correct evolution of the plant. Hydroponics is always a cultivation without agricultural soil, but not all soil-less cultures are hydroponic. Many soil-less cultivation types don't use the mineral solutions required for hydroponic crops.

Our Hydroponic System comes equipped with a complete installation kit, including:

  • Nutrient controller.
  • PH Probe.
  • EC Probe.
  • PH Probe holder.
  • EC connector cable.
  • Calibration bottles PH7 and PH4.
  • Injection and suction tubes.
  • Injectors.
  • Brackets and supports for fixing.
  • Instructions manual and start-up.
  • PPR collector.

ProsystemAqua's Hydroponic System has the following and simple operation.

  1. Turning on the Hydroponic system.

Once the controller is installed and connected to power, we proceed to program the fertilizer controllers by adjusting the set point and proportional fertilizer flow for each controller. Then we adjust the pH set point and program the pH Down (acid) or pH Up (alkaline) mode. We check that the pH and EC probes are calibrated.
  2. Water recirculation in the collector.

We must operate the water tank recirculation controller simultaneously with the Hydroponic System controller.
  3. Conductivity measurement.

The EC probe detects the conductivity present in the water and is displayed on the controller's display.
  4. Fertilizer dosing.

The dosing controllers for conductivity control A, B, C aspirate the fertilizers from the bottles through the aspiration filter.
  5. Fertilizer injection.

The controllers dose the fertilizers through the injection valves and are incorporated into the water recirculation collector.

2-YEAR WARRANTY
ON OUR PRODUCTS
All our products come with a 2-year warranty against manufacturing defects, not due to improper use or wear of the equipment parts.
  1. pH measurement.

The pH probe continuously measures the value present in the water and is displayed on the controller's display.
  2. pH regulator dosing.

The pH regulating controller aspirates from the pH Down or pH Up bottle and doses through the injector until reaching the programmed set point.
  3. Activation of the irrigation controller.

The irrigation controller can be automatically activated by a programmer once the EC and pH values are adjusted and stable.
  4. OPTIONAL

  5. Level probe for regulating the water level in the tank.

  6. Fill solenoid valve, which will be activated by the Hydroponic System through the level probe.

  7. Flow sensor, deactivates the Hydroponic System in case of lack of water in the collector.
